Specialist natural and contemporary wedding photography.

At every wedding I want to create a pictorial record, a story of the day. I am not intrusive, I do not interfere, and I don’t like ridiculous poses. There’s a good reason for all this. When it comes to photographing people, I aspire to catch the real, natural person, how they really are… their personality, their character. A lot of what I do is observational, so anticipation and understanding the situation are some of my key skills. Of course, being personable, calming, and confident also come in very handy. In fact, they are essential when dealing with your family and guests. My wedding couples often remark upon how enjoyable they found their ‘Couple Photo Session’. Again, everything is geared to capturing the natural Bride and Groom. Posing is very relaxed (I might say “OK, go and stand in that archway”. If I micro manage it doesn't end up being you!). We have a bit of fun, and on occasions I tease out a reaction (which itself is an underestimated art).

My clients can attest to the fact that I am affable, reliable and organised. I am always professional and am delighted to say that I can now count many of my couples as friends.
