I am Lorien Lightfoot, an award-winning Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I have worked in marketing for over 20 years in both B2C and B2B companies, across a wide range of sectors. From pharmaceuticals to engineering to fast food to IT hardware and software, you name it, I’ve done it.

In the past three years, I've dedicated myself to nurturing the YO1 team into the dynamic force it is today. Comprising like-minded, hardworking, and creative individuals, some of whom I've had the pleasure of working with previously and others I've bonded with through school runs and Sunday Rugby matches!
