Therapies on Thames was established in 2012 with the intention of improving the quality of life, independence, and safety of the elderly through our rehabilitation team ( Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy.

We are passionate about supporting elderly people who are discharged from hospital or prevent them getting admitted to hospitals or care homes.

Our clients include:
• Those who have been recently discharged from hospital who want to regain their fitness and confidence
• Clients who live at home who want to continue to retain their independence
• Those who have suffered a stroke or other injury and would like to stay at home for as long as possible

All our therapists at Therapies on Thames are fully qualified and experienced professionals. They are registered members of all the relevant professional bodies, have been DBS checked, and are fully-registered members of the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
