Business Overview

We are a traditional Lake district guesthouse with old fashioned values of friendly hospitality, a warm Welcome and helpful service to our guests.
We are upgrading all our rooms this winter, one by one and adding more baths and beautifully interior designed fabrics, carpets and wall papers to give our rooms the WOW factor. I will be doing all the decorating so it will not intrude on the quality of your stay.
We are just outside Windermere village with its quality designer Shoe and cloths shops. A very good choice of dining establishments to suit all tastes making you spoilt for choice, or follow the road down( 12 minutes walk) down to
Bowness and Windermere Lake. .
