We're a small, London-based plumbing and heating engineering firm, with a high level of expertise and a strong track record for customer service. We're Gas Safe, HETAS-accredited and are Which? Trusted Traders.

Staunch and Flow specialise in all general plumbing, heating (including boiler service, repair and replacement/installation), Aga and Rayburn stoves (service, repair and installation/re-siting), Landlord/safety certification, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment and we can do electrical, tiling, building, joinery, plastering and decorating work as required/requested.

Our charges are mostly standard and are based on an hourly rate - if, on investigation, parts need to be obtained or more time is required, we will provide an immediate (usually same day, within 24h) estimate for completing the necessary works.

Explain what the problem is and how we intend to fix it

Treat your property with respect, leaving it as close to how we found it as possible

Provide you with any parts that we've removed replaced

Charge honest prices and only for the work which needs to be done

Work to Gas Safe (Corgi Registered) standards, putting your safety first
