Business Overview

We offer warm and welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation in the Lake District town of Windermere.

Only two minutes walk to local shops and restaurants, located in a residential area, with free on-road parking and three private off-road parking spaces.

All of our rooms are centrally heated and fully double glazed. Unusually, we have retained our spacious ground floor guests' lounge which has lots of information to help plan your stay in the beautiful Lake District.

Our hearty breakfasts include locally made Cumberland sausage and free-range eggs delivered from the local farm - vegetarian or lighter alternatives available of course.

Tariff: £33 to £40 per person per night, including breakfast
We accept most personal credit cards except AmEx - 2 surcharge for credit card payments.
