• I offer one-on-one counselling sessions at £60 per session. Each session lasts 50 minutes. These sessions can be held face-to-face
• via Zoom
• or walking & talking in Dulwich Park. I have been trained in a wide range of modalities such as Person Centred
• Psychodynamic psychotherapy
• Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This means that I can use elements of approaches that will best suit you as an individual rather than a strict structured approach to improve our mental health. Every body is different
