We are an IT Service provider based in Brighton, we specialise in offering our clients full service IT support. We work with businesses and individuals to protect and maintain their IT systems.

Our TechAssure service is a unique repair service in which the cost of the parts and labour are included in the original price. For just £14.99 you can receive your repair with parts and labour included, then follow up with monthly payments of £14.99 for a minimum of only 12 months. If your device breaks again within your TechAssure subscription period, we will fix it again including parts and labour for NO additional cost! Or, you can pay an outright fee off £149 and get your repair with parts and labour included, but no follow-up support.

TechAssist is our business support subscription service. We support our business customers with their technological maintenance, new kit installations and pro-actively operate to avoid IT issues slowing down your business. This subscription works on a per device basis, and there are two separately priced options to allow you the opportunity to decide which service suits your business best.

TechAssist Entrepreneur: £29/per device
TechAssist SOHO: £25/per device
