Bala in Southern Snowdonia is famous for its stunning scenery, Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) with all the adventure and activity tourism it has to offer and the White Water Rafting Centre at Canolfan Tryweryn are on the doorstep of all our properties.

Our cottages are available all year. Our locations are outstanding with most properties are Wales Tourist Board Graded 3, 4 and 5 Star.

We have a group of four individual 5-Star cottages set in 6 acres together sleeping up to 20 guests in luxury cottages with stunning views, a children's play area and a 4 acre paddock with resident sheep and lambs. These are equally bookable individually for smaller groups, families and couples.

A superb selection of further individually chosen and beautifully maintained cottages available locally.

Ranging from a big 7 bedroom house sleeping 18 guests to a stunning brand new boutique cottage for just 2 perched above the lake with views to die for.
We are the 1 stop shop for self catering in the Bala area.
