We offer a fully guided end-to-end service which leads the employer through every step of their automatic enrolment journey.
- The journey begins with a complimentary Guide to Auto-Enrolment, which sets out the rest of the journey, the project plan and timelines.
- We then help an employer design their pension arrangement, secure this in the marketplace and implement it within their business.
- We communicate with the employees at each step, so that they are prepared and ready for enrolment.
- We assist the employer in understanding how each employee is affected once the employer reaches their Staging Date (the date they must comply from), how they must be assessed each payroll and how they must be communicated with.
- Once the Staging Date is past, the employer must tell the Pensions Regulator what they have done. We help with this.
- Finally, we provide a Process Guide, which sets out the decisions taken and the process that must be followed each payroll and whenever an employee joins or leaves the business.
